• Control Union reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule the course if the minimum number of participants is not reached, up to half a day before the start of the course.
• Control Union reserves the right to modify the exhibitor, for reasons of force majeure or availability, maintaining the guarantee of the quality of the course.
• Failure to attend the event does not imply the reimbursement of the money paid, since it corresponds to an unused vacancy.
• The certificates issued are documents accrediting the participant's attendance.
• Control Union emphasizes that the courses and webinars offered to correspond to interpretation courses but not implementation or consulting courses.
• These services do not affect the subsequent certification process between CUP and the client, nor do they make certification easier or cheaper.
• The participant declares to have read this document in its entirety and authorizes Control Unión Perú to inform the credit bureaus of the lack of payment of any document to which they are obliged to pay as a participant of the event (or to which it corresponds).
